Important Dates

• Wednesday, September 25, 2024 – Last day to change/cancel reservations through WEFTEC Housing.
• Friday, September 27, 2024 – Reservation changes/cancels can be made directly with the hotels.
• 72-hours prior to arrival – Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Pay close attention to the available bed types and other hotel features by selecting Show Hotel Details to be sure they can accommodate your specific needs.

Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided from most hotels to New Orleans Morial Convention Center beginning Sunday, October 6 through Wednesday, October 9. To view the shuttle schedule with exact hours, visit WEFTEC Hotel Shuttles. There is no shuttle provided for the Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, Hyatt Place Convention Center, Marriott Arts Warehouse District, Sonesta ES Suites Convention Center, and Springhill Suites Warehouse Arts District as they are a comfortable walking distance to the convention center.

For 1-9 rooms, book individually on the Make a Reservation page.
For 10 or more rooms, submit a Room Block Request.

BADGE PICKUP WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE AIRPORT!
If you are arriving by air, you can pick up your badge before leaving the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: Level 1, Baggage Claim between doors 3 and 4 on Saturday, October 5, 9:00am - 6:00pm or Sunday, October 6, 9:00am - 7:00pm.

Badge pickup will also be available at the Hilton Riverside hotel, Sheraton New Orleans hotel, and the convention center.

Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for WEFTEC. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Water Environment Federation. Other agencies have not entered into agreements with the New Orleans hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
