Important Dates

• Friday, August 29, 2025 - Last day to make a reservation in the dedicated WEAO room block, based on availability.
• Wednesday, September 17, 2025 - Last day to change/cancel reservations through WEFTEC Housing.
• Friday, September 19, 2025 - Reservation changes/cancels can be made directly with the hotels.
• 72-hours prior to arrival - Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

If sold out in this room block or if you would prefer another hotel, rooms can also be booked at the WEFTEC Group rates on the General Attendee housing site.

Pay close attention to the available bed types and other hotel features page to be sure they can accommodate your specific needs.

Please carefully review all payment and deposit policies.

Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided from most hotels to McCormick Place Sunday, September 28 through Wednesday, October 1. To view the shuttle schedule with exact hours, visit WEFTEC Shuttle Schedule. There is no shuttle provided for the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place (connected to the convention center) or the Marriott Marquis Chicago (3 city blocks to/from convention center).


Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for WEFTEC. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Water Environment Federation. Other agencies have not entered into agreements with the Chicago hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
