Housing Deadline: Make reservations by June 12, 2024

Housing Transfer Deadline: June 12, 2024 5pm PDT

All reservations require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one night's room and tax. Deposits will be processed on or after June 12, 2024. If a reservation is canceled before June 12, 2024, the deposit will be processed within seven (7) business days of the cancellation.

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for WFG Convention of Champions 2024. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of WFG. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Las Vegas hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any other agency other than CMR, send us a message through the WFG Registration and Housing Support Center.
