Important Information for AAP National Conference Attendee Hotel Reservations

Priority Reservations for Members Only: Only (1) reservation allowed per member. If a second room is needed for family, please send a message through the AAP Hotel Support Center. Starting May 8, 2024 (10am CT), the membership requirement is no longer applicable and additional hotel reservations will be based on availability.

Reservations

• Credit Card Guarantee: All reservations made online require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some hotels may charge a deposit of one night’s room & tax on or after September 6, 2024.
• Requests for 10 or more rooms: Must submit a submit a request through the Attendee Room Block Request Form.
• Government rated rooms: Please call the AAP Hotel Reservations Customer Contact Center directly to reserve a room (based on availability).

Important Dates

• Room Availability: After Friday, September 6, 2024, some hotels may not allow name or date changes.
• Cancel Deadline: Wednesday, September 11, 2024
• Last Day for Changes: Monday, September 16, 2024

• Internet Access: Complimentary or discounted internet access is provided at the AAP contracted hotels when booked through AAP Hotel Reservations.
• Shuttles: A portion of the hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center. To view the list of hotels with shuttle service, click on the Make a Reservation tab for details.
• Accessibility: The National Conference strives to be an inclusive, accessible conference and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate advance accessibility requests to enhance your meeting experience; on-site requests cannot be guaranteed. • CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the only official housing provider for the 2024 AAP National Conference & Exhibition. To avoid scams, book your hotel reservations through the CMR link posted only on the AAP website or if provided directly by an AAP or CMR representative. All official emails will come from an email address ending in aap.org or cmrus.com. If you do not see the Official AAP Partner logo on the website, then they are not the official provider.
• Scammers and poachers will relentlessly call and email in attempt to persuade you to make a hotel reservation with them. CMR will not contact you unless you have already requested rooms for the 2024 AAP National Conference & Exhibition.
• Caution is advised if the rate sounds too good to be true. Companies that market lower-rate hotel options to exhibitors and attendees cannot guarantee lower rates or that there is availability at the hotels they are marketing.
• Scammers and poachers generally request full payment upfront for your reservation. CMR will only request a credit card guarantee for one night's room and tax deposit.
