AASA - National Conference on Education 2022 Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to AASA Housing by Monday, January 3, 2022.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AASA Housing.
  • All online reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.
  • All deposits are non-refundable after Thursday, February 3, 2022.

    Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

    Room/Suite Request:

    Please indicate the number of rooms requested for each night in the table below.

    If you had a room block at past AASA meetings, your history of rooms reserved versus rooms utilized will be reviewed.
    AASA Housing reserves the right to make adjustments to your room block based on past history.
  • Sponsor and Exhibitor groups may request a maximum increase of 10% over the main nights based on previous years actualized numbers.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AASA Housing. Do not contact the hotel(s) directly until instructed to do so.
  • A login and password will be e-mailed to the group contact for online room block management.
  • 10 rooms or more: January 3, 2022 - Rooming lists with complete names and addresses are due to AASA Housing. Any unused rooms, where names have not been provided by this date, will be released.
  • 9 rooms or less: January 3, 2022 - All individual names must be provided. No duplicate names will be accepted.
  • After January 24, 2022, AASA Housing will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability.

    Deposit Information:

    Deposit Policy: All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by a check deposit for one night’s room and tax drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, made payable to CMR/AASA Housing. Deposits paid by check will require a credit card to guarantee the room block until the check payment is received.

    After January 24, 2022, it is up to the discretion of the hotel to charge the credit card on file.

    All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

    Cancellation Policy:

    Rooms must be cancelled on or before February 3, 2022 to avoid a penalty of one night's room plus tax.

    If you do not cancel your reservation in time or fail to check in on the scheduled date of arrival your credit card will be charged in the amount of one night’s room and tax or your check deposit will be forfeited. Your reservation may also be cancelled for the remainder of the stay.
