ROOMING LIST DEADLINE
Monday, January 3, 2022

CANCELLATION DATE
A penalty of one (1) night's room and tax will apply if reservations are not cancelled on or before Thursday, February 3, 2022.

Room blocks of 10 rooms or more must meet a minimum of 80% of the total room block requested to avoid attrition damages.

LAST DAY TO REQUEST HOUSING
Friday, January 21, 2022.

RESERVATIONS
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by a check deposit for one night’s room and tax drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, made payable to CMR/AASA Housing. Deposits paid by check will require a credit card to guarantee the room block until the check payment is received

IMPORTANT CREDIT CARD POLICIES; PLEASE READ
Advance Deposits: Hotels are permitted to charge a deposit of one night's room & tax after Monday, January 24, 2022 to the credit card on file used to confirm the reservation. If you prefer to use a different credit card, you must contact AASA Housing no later than Friday, January 21, 2022 with an updated credit card number. After this date, it will be the discretion of the hotel to charge the current credit card on file.

IMPORTANT ADVISORY
It has come to our attention that several housing agencies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for the AASA 2022 NCE and have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the only official housing agent for the AASA 2022 NCE in Nashville. No other housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AASA.

Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by AASA and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Please use the AASA Official Housing online hotel reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional charges.
