Group Rooming List Deadline: Friday, September 23, 2022
Exhibitor Groups (10 or More Rooms):
- 72 hours cancellation notice required to avoid penalty charges
- Should a group cancel their entire block (blocks of 10 rooms or more) they will be responsible for the following penalties*
October 11, 2022 - November 11, 2022, 50% of the Total Room/Suite Nights x the Single Room Rate
*If your group is unable to attend due to circumstances related to COVID-19, you may cancel your reservation up to until 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
9 Rooms or Less Cancellation Policy:
- 72 hours cancellation notice required to avoid penalty charges

- Only Convention Management Resources (CMR) – the official housing agent for the ACR Convergence 2022 – is authorized to make your hotel reservation.
- Reservations made through unofficial or unauthorized websites, or third-party providers are not guaranteed by the ACR and may result in additional charges, no rooms even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk.
- Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please notify the ACR immediately.
