ATD 2027 International Conference & Exposition Room Block Request

General Information:

  • Room block requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by ATD Housing. Due to limited inventory, particularly on shoulder dates, ATD Housing may modify requested room quantities, place requests on a waitlist, or modify hotel assignments based on inventory available at the time of assignment. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests based on available inventory.
  • Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms.
  • Rooming lists must be submitted to ATD Housing by Friday, March 19, 2027.
  • A cancellation deadline of Friday, April 16th will apply for groups requesting 25 or more guestrooms.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through ATD Housing until May 3, 2027.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

Please provide your hotel choices in order of preference. Group housing assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. If your hotel choices are not available, a housing representative will contact you.

Room/Suite Request:

  • A credit card is required to submit a block request. The credit card will not be charged by ATD Housing/CMR.

  • Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge the card for one night's rate and tax per room after April 23, 2027. You have the option to replace the current credit card guarantee with the attendees' individual card numbers when submitting the rooming list .

  • All attendees will need to provide credit cards upon arrival to pay for any unpaid nights and incidental charges. If an attendee is not paying their own charges, then another credit card holder needs to provide written authorization directly to the hotel.

  • The credit card number provided in the reservations cannot be charged by the hotels for anything other than advance deposits of one night’s room & tax, or late cancellation and no- show penalties.

Deposit Policy: Your confirmed hotel has the right to charge the card on file for one night's rate and tax per room after April 23, 2027.

All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

Groups requesting 25 or more guest rooms must submit cancellations on or before April 16th to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.
Groups requesting 24 or fewer guest rooms must submit cancellations 10-days prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.
