Friday, March 19, 2027 - Deadline to submit group block requests.
Friday, April 16, 2027 - Cancellation deadline for group blocks of 25 or more rooms.
Monday, May 3, 2027 - Last day to make, change, or cancel reservations through ATD Housing. New reservations are subject to availability.
Thursday, May 6, 2027 - Reservation changes/cancellations must be made directly with the hotels.

Need to make 2-9 reservations for your organization? Reserve and manage multiple reservations.

Need to make 10 or more reservations? Submit a block request.

A limited number of government per diem rate rooms have been held exclusively for federal government attendees. A valid federal government or active duty military ID will be required at check-in. Without a valid ID, the hotel may charge a higher rate. Please contact us at +1.888.237.7278 to inquire about availability.

Beware of Unauthorized Agencies!
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for ATD 2027. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to make reservations on behalf of ATD. These companies do not have agreements with the Boston hotels and cannot guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference. Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please send us a message.
