Important Dates & Deadlines

Friday, September 22, 2023	Rooming lists/unique names due to SfN Housing.
Friday, October 13, 2023	Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Tuesday, October 31, 2023	Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing.
Friday, November 3, 2023	Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels.

Exhibitors may not reserve more than 5 rooms per co-headquarter hotel (Marriott Marquis Washington, DC and Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown).

Deposit Information:

The credit card information provided will be used to guarantee your room block and will not be charged by SfN Housing. When uploading your rooming list, you will have the option to provide individual credit card information for each reservation. Prior to the meeting, reservation information (including credit card numbers) will be securely forwarded to the hotel(s). Please be aware that hotels reserve the right to authorize or charge a deposit of one night's room and tax per room on or after Friday, October 20, 2023.

All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).
