Important Exhibitor Housing Information
Reservations are processed in the order received from a protected block of rooms for exhibitors.

Exhibitors reserve no more than 5 rooms per co-headquarter hotel (Marriott Marquis Washington, DC and Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown).

For 7 or fewer rooms, make individual reservations.
For 8 or more rooms, submit a Room Block Request. See process below:

1. Submit your block request to SfN Housing.
2. A group block agreement will be sent to you within 5 business days.
3. Return your signed agreement to SfN Housing.
4. Once your agreement has been received, your account name and password will be sent to you via email.

Important Dates & Deadlines

Friday, September 22, 2023	Rooming lists/unique names due to SfN Housing.
Friday, October 13, 2023	Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Tuesday, October 31, 2023	Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing.
Friday, November 3, 2023	Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels.

Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for Neuroscience 2023. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Society for Neuroscience. These companies have not entered into agreements with Washington, DC hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
