comments section at the bottom of this page, please indicate the number of rooms you'd like to request with one bed or two beds. SfN Housing cannot guarantee bed types, but we will communicate your requests to the hotel(s).

The credit card information provided will be used to guarantee your room block and will not be charged by SfN Housing. When uploading your rooming list, you will have the option to provide individual credit card information for each reservation. Prior to the meeting, reservation information (including credit card numbers) will be securely forwarded to the hotel(s). Please be aware that hotels reserve the right to authorize or charge a deposit of one night's room and tax per room on or after Friday, September 13, 2024.
All room block requests submitted online must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).
After Friday, September 6, 2024, a penalty of one night's room and tax per room may apply.
