Reservations are processed in the order received from a protected block of rooms for exhibitors.
Exhibitors may not reserve more than 5 rooms per co-headquarters hotel (Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and Marriott Marquis Chicago).
For 7 or fewer rooms, make individual reservations.
For 8 or more rooms, submit a Room Block Request. See process below:
- Submit your block request to SfN Housing.
- A group block agreement will be sent to you within 5 business days.
- Return your signed agreement to SfN Housing.
- Once your agreement has been received, your account name and password will be sent to you via email.
Important Dates & Deadlines
| Friday, August 16, 2024 | Rooming lists/unique names due to SfN Housing. |
| Friday, September 6, 2024 | Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. |
| Tuesday, September 24, 2024 | Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing. |
| Friday, September 27, 2024 | Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels. |
Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for Neuroscience 2024. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Society for Neuroscience. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Chicago hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
