Rooming lists must be submitted to STS by Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

All reservation changes and/or cancelations must be made through STS.

All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

Groups are allowed to request up to 20 rooms at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio.

Due to hotel agreements, a minimum number of rooms must be utilized in your company's confirmed block. If actual utilization falls below 80% of the final total room nights confirmed on or before November 15, 2023 an attrition fee will be assessed. The attrition fee will be equal to your room rate (including tax) multiplied by the number of room nights by which your utilizations fell below 80%.
