Important Dates

• Friday, August 11, 2023 – Rooming list due date for blocks of 10 or more rooms.
• Wednesday, September 6, 2023 – Last day to cancel a group block without penalty.
• Wednesday, September 20, 2023 – Last day to change/cancel reservations through WEFTEC Housing.
• Friday, September 22, 2023 – Reservation changes/cancels can be made directly with the hotels.
• 72-hours prior to arrival – Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

For 1-9 rooms, book individually on the Make a Reservation page.
For 10 or more rooms, submit a Room Block Request.

Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for WEFTEC. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Water Environment Federation. Other agencies have not entered into agreements with the Chicago hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
