Cancellation Policy:

The deadline to cancel a room block is Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
The deadline to cancel individual reservations is 72-hours prior to arrival.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE:
Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided from most hotels to McCormick Place Sunday, September 28 through Wednesday, October 1. There is no shuttle provided for the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place (connected to the convention center) or the Marriott Marquis Chicago (3 city blocks to/from convention center).
