Cancellation Policy:

The deadline to cancel a room block is Friday, August 28, 2026.
The deadline to cancel individual reservations is 72-hours prior to arrival.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE:
Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided from most hotels to New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Sunday, September 27 through Wednesday, September 30. There is no shuttle provided for the Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, Hyatt Place Convention Center, Marriott Warehouse District, Sonesta ES Suites Convention Center, and the Springhill Suites Warehouse Arts District.
