Important Dates

  • January 6, 2026 – Last day to submit advance exhibitor room block requests. Room block requests submitted by January 6, 2026, will be assigned in January 2026. Room block requests submitted on January 7 or later will be assigned starting in February 2026.
  • Friday, July 24, 2026 – Last day to make a new reservation in the dedicated Exhibitor room block. You can still cancel or modify existing reservations - other than date extensions - through this website up to September 16, 2026. Date extensions can be requested by sending us a message.
  • Friday, August 7, 2026 – Rooming list deadline for groups of 10+ rooms.
  • Friday, August 28, 2026 – Last day to cancel a group block without penalty.
  • Wednesday, September 16, 2026 – Last day to make, change or cancel reservations through WEFTEC Housing.
  • Friday, September 18, 2026 – Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation.
  • 72-hours prior to arrival – Deadline to cancel reservations without penalty.

WEFTEC 2026 Hotel Shuttle Schedule and Route Information

Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided from most hotels to New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Sunday, September 27 through Wednesday, September 30. There is no shuttle provided for the Hampton Inn & Suites Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, Hyatt Place Convention Center, Marriott Warehouse Arts District, Sonesta ES Suites Convention Center, and the Springhill Suites Warehouse Arts District.


Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for WEFTEC. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Water Environment Federation. Other agencies have not entered into agreements with the New Orleans hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
