Important Dates:
- Group Rooming List Deadline: Friday, April 5, 2024
- Cancellation Policy: 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night’s room and tax
- Last day to request hotel reservations: May 1, 2024, based on availability
- #HRS2024 begins on Thursday, May 16 at 1:00 p.m. and concludes on Sunday, May 19 at 3:00 p.m.

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for #HRS2024. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Heart Rhythm Society. Other companies have not entered into agreements with our group of Boston hotels and cannot guarantee rates or accommodations during the meeting dates. Should you be contacted by anyone inquiring about your hotel reservations by phone or email, please contact CMR directly to verify it’s a legitimate inquiry.
