General Information:

  • Complete this form if you need to reserve 10 or more rooms. Requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on hotel availability.
  • All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee.

Please provide your hotel choices in the order of preference. Group housing requests received will be assigned in a first-come, first-serve basis and based on hotel availability.

Room inventory is limited on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, April 19-21.

Room/Suite Request:

Please enter the number of rooms requested for each night in the table below.

  • Please note, HRS Housing is not able to bundle breakfast (if not already included by hotel) onto the existing room rates.
  • If you had a room block at past HRS meetings, we will compare the history of rooms reserved vs. rooms utilized prior to assigning rooms. HRS Housing reserves the right to adjust room block requests based on past performance.
  • A maximum of 25 rooms on peak night can be blocked at either of the Marriott Marquis Chicago or Hyatt Regency McCormick Place hotels.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through HRS Housing. Do not contact the hotel(s) directly.
  • A login and password will be e-mailed to the group contact for online room block management.
  • March 13, 2026 - Rooming lists with complete names and addresses are due to HRS Housing. Any rooms without an assigned name will be released for general sale after this date.
  • HRS Housing will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability up until Wednesday, April 8.

Deposit Information:

Deposit Policy: Hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or by a check deposit for one night’s room and tax drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, made payable to CMR/HRS Housing. For stays at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, a deposit covering two nights’ room and tax is required which will be charged to the credit card on file prior to arrival or can be paid by check. Deposits paid by check will require a credit card to guarantee the room block until the check payment is received. The deposit will appear on the hotel room account of each guest at check-in. Refunds will not be issued until after the meeting and upon receipt of your actual pick-up from the hotel(s).

All room block requests must be guaranteed with a credit card (no checks).

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72-hours prior to their scheduled arrival to avoid penalty charges. The cancellation deadline at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is 5-days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If cancellations are received after the cancellation period specified by the hotel(s), or the guest does not check-in on the scheduled date of arrival, (no-show), the credit card provided here will be charged in the amount of one night’s room and tax (the penalty at The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is two night's room and tax) or check deposits will be forfeited. Reservations that no-show are cancelled for the remainder of the stay.
