Important Hotel Information for Heart Rhythm Attendees
At the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, a deposit covering two nights’ room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file two weeks before your scheduled arrival. To avoid forfeiting this deposit, cancellations must be made at least five days prior to check-in.
Important Dates:
- Group Rooming List Deadline: Friday, March 13, 2026
- Cancellation Policy: 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night’s room and tax
- Special Deposit and Cancellation Policy: The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place requires a two-night room/tax deposit which will be billed to the provided credit card 2 weeks prior to check-in. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, or the 2 nights deposit will be forfeited.
- Last day to request hotel reservations: April 8, 2026, based on availability
- #HRS2026 begins on Thursday, April 23 at 1:00 p.m. and concludes on Sunday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m.

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official hotel management company for #HRS2026. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Heart Rhythm Society. Other companies have not entered into agreements with our group of Chicago hotels and cannot guarantee rates or accommodations during the meeting dates. Should you be contacted by anyone inquiring about your hotel reservations by phone or email, please contact CMR directly to verify it’s a legitimate inquiry.
